Pricing & What to Expect
We believe in transparent pricing — no hidden fees, no surprises. Here's a breakdown of what your stay includes:
• Nightly Rate: Starting at $250/night (varies by season)
• Cleaning Fee: $175 (one-time, per stay)
• Pet Fee: If applicable (amount TBD)
• Florida Sales Tax: 7%
• Manatee County Tourist Development Tax: 6%
• Security Deposit: $500 refundable (or credit card authorization)
Security deposit of $500 is collected separately and refunded within 14 days after checkout, provided no damage or violations occur. See our full Security Deposit Agreement for details.
